Dirt Nap Deluxe Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

• 12 oz. shredded cheese
• 1.5 tbsp. flour
• 1.5 tbsp. butter
• 1 cup milk
• 8 oz cooked ground beef
• 4 tbsp. Dirt Nap Dip Original Blend hot sauce
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1/2 tsp. chives

Directions:

1. Make a roux: Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add flour and whisk together. Cook mixture for 3-4 minutes, whisking continuously. Mixture will turn golden brown (be sure not to burn!).
2. Add milk and stir.
3. Add cheese a handful at a time, stir until melted.
4. Add everything else and mix well. Pour into small crock pot. Done! Goes with anything that needs a little cheese.
