Bison Meat Balls
Cooking Time: 20 min.
- 1 pound ground bison
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs, such as Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Directions:Mix all ingredients until well-combined. Use hands if needed. Form into 1 inch balls (medium cookie ball scoop works well). Place close together on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
May be used in spaghetti sauce, cheese sauce, sweet/sour sauce, etc.
Multipy to prepare multiple batches.
